ICCSimTMat is based on well established concepts derived from ICCSimTT being one of the first tools qualified by the test labs and payment schemes.

ICCSimTMat TIP for MasterCard is formally recognised by MasterCard as a validation tool to execute Terminal Integration Process (TIP) submissions covering Subset 1, Field Interoperability (Functional and Confidence), Clearing and UK Maestro tests.

Test lists may be created manually or using standard ICS categories. ICCSimTMat is also able to import test lists from text files and TIP extraction templates for MasterCard where the resulting logs are formatted for MasterCard verification.

ICCSimTMat TIP for MasterCard is designed to be used on devices to ensure correct device configuration, to assist with integration and interoperability testing, and to ensure that MasterCard’s device requirements are satisfied. MasterCard mandates TIP testing on all device types prior to deployment.

A small set of Confidence Cards, in combination with a Smartspy tool, is required for certain TIP tests, and these may be purchased bundled along with ICCSimTMat TIP for MasterCard. A special ATM probe for Smartspy is also available, if required, for certain types of ATM.
